Graphics/Web/Communications Coordinator

Position Summary


Our Corporate Marketing group is looking for a very creative, organized and energetic Graphic/Web/Communications Coordinator to join our team. The Coordinator has experience with technology, mar-tech, graphics and web design and a is a collaborative, positive team player.

 

Duties

 

  • Support the marketing and communications department, both internally and externally.
  • Assist in the production and design of marketing assets, brand assets, web content, social media content, landing pages, and all forms of marketing materials, digital or otherwise, as needed.
  • Update website pages using a content management system - CMS.
  • Assist in updating the corporate internal communications portal, Microsoft Sharepoint.
  • Updates to and input of data for CRM and creation, management of email campaigns in the CRM.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams to gather information and produce content as required for departmental projects.
  • Graphic design, photo retouch and creation of images, illustrations on demand.
  • Support with digital marketing and creative media projects such as; the production of webcasts, photos and videos, digital campaigns.
  • Data manipulation, data entry and repetitive work to update documents and portals will be needed on a regular basis for this position.
  • Generation of analytics reports and data reports as needed.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Diploma or technical degree in graphics or web design.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Solid knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, Creative cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, etc.
  • Graphic design experience required to create marketing assets and presentations.
  • Web design experience, familiarity with content management CMS platforms to update web pages.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar.
  • Understanding of email campaign creation and management experience leveraging a CRM.
  • Familiarity with using Marketing automation tools such as Hubspot and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create branded, timely social media posts, contact lead forms and landing pages for digital campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics (G4) and reporting.
  • Bilingualism is an asset.
  • Organized, detail-oriented team player with collaborative project management and strong administrative skills.
